Mini Goal # 1
Happy Friday! Right?
Yesterday I talked about mini-goals. I have a lot of goals in my head and I lose focus by having so many. In addition, there is a domino-effect when one goal falls – the rest sometimes fall with it. It’s the black & white mentality that I think a lot of dieters suffer from – if I screw up a little, it leads into a big screw up.
So the first goal I’ll be focusing on is tracking. Just tracking. Not necessarily staying on plan. Not eating perfectly. Just writing it down.
I don’t know if this is funny to anyone else, but I was curious about my search engine traffic and saw this:
My initial reaction when I saw the searches was to laugh out loud. Tying your tummy? I don’t even know what that is!
And no, don’t wear a hat on the treadmill. It makes your head too hot.
I think I ran 12 miles and threw up afterwards once. It was a long run, and I didn’t get my blood sugar back to normal – I waited too long to eat. I felt pretty awful. I guess I’m not alone?
To bikini skiing colorado, I would not recommend that. Because, you know, it’s pretty cold. Weird!
Is there a job where you look at the weird things people search? That would be a cool job. For a few days.
I’m off to log my food intake… and google a few things.
